We use some unique and creative sales tools that provide several options depending on the seller's needs, timing and special results needed. We specialize in helping sellers to maximize their profit potential when selling their home. We also specialize in owner financed properties for buyers that need or want the potential advantages over traditional mortgage financing.
We work with buyers, sellers and investors. We also manage and lease residential and commercial Real Estate and homeowners associations.
We are members of the Multiple Listing Service, MetroTex Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Texas Savings & Loan Association. In short, we have many years of experience in all phases of Real Estate and finance.

GARY BRACKHAHN, President Licensed Real Estate Broker, Mortgage Broker & Investor
Gary has been in the Real Estate business since 1978. At that time, Gary was also helping clients with their financial planning needs which is where our name originated. Today, financial planning, when buying, selling or financing Real Estate, is more important than ever before. Gary served on the Professional Standards Committee of the local Board of Realtors for several years. He has taught professional Real Estate courses and many workshops and currently has a Meetup Group focusing on real estate investing. DON SAYE, Licensed Real Estate Broker
Don has been with our company since September 2001. He has over 30 years experience in the Real Estate industry in sales and leasing and management of commercial and residential properties. Don's broad experience gives him good knowledge of the Real Estate market. He is recognized by his clients for integrity and reliability with a track record of going the extra mile to achieve goals. KEVIN BARNETT, Licensed Real Estate Agent & Investor
Kevin has been with our company since December 2009. His original interest in real estate was as an investor to build his own portfolio, but he quickly realized that there are many people who want to invest in real estate, but are fearful due to a lack of experience. Kevin decided to add to his experience by becoming a Licensed Realtor, and he is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience as a real estate investor with others.
LESLIE YEARGAN, Office Manager & Asst. Property Manager Leslie has been with our company since February 1983. She has extensive experience with property management - residential, commercial and homeowner's associations. Leslie specializes in client relationships, marketing and advertising, website management, accounting and general administrative duties.
